WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Small, intimate groups—Each coaching super vision group is limited to eight people. This means individual attention, a supportive community, and a strong foundation of confidentiality and psychological safety.
Strong facilitation and leadership—Each supervision group will be led by two highly experienced coaching practitioners at the enterprise, team, and individual levels.
Sessions every 4-6 weeks
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:
Expanded coaching range and capabilities—Because you learn from your own experience as well as others in your circle, your coaching skills grow exponentially.
Relevant, meaningful feedback from both a team-coaching supervisor as well as other coaches—Because these circles are for practicing coaches (and this includes enterprise coaches, release train engineers, and senior-level scrum masters), you will never again feel like you are practicing in a vacuum.
